1. Acceptance of terms

By installing and using the Unilevel MLM Plan app on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Description of service

Unilevel MLM Plan provides a multi-level marketing affiliate program with up to 10 commission levels, refund-aware reversal logic, wallet management, withdrawal workflows, and analytics.

3. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring your affiliate program complies with all applicable laws including FTC disclosure rules and state/federal MLM regulations
Paying out approved commissions through your own payment processing
Having your own Privacy Policy and Terms with your affiliates and customers
Responding to data subject requests forwarded from Shopify

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the app to operate a pyramid scheme or any program where compensation is based primarily on recruitment rather than product sales
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
Use the app in any way that violates Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by Shopify, your hosting infrastructure, or other third-party services.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

7. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
